Would Men be sleazy and loose given the chance?

If many women are slu** as many askers at GS often indicate, aren't the men who call them that simply jealous or unnerved by female sexuality. Often I think the term would apply to most men, who would be cheap and sleazy if they could have all the sexual partners they wanted.
