Who else wants to punch people who say "Old enough to bleed, old enough to breed?"?

Even if it's in jest, there's really nothing funny about it. I'm sure that the parents of the 9, 10, 11, and 12 year old girls who have begun their periods would like a few choice words with the men (because I sure as **** don't hear women saying it) who think it's okay to rape and impregnate young girls.
