How do you appeal a Violation when I never received a Notice?

I mean I know because upon logging onto Y!A It said I lost 10 points, But I did not get an E-mail, I checked my activity report and attempted to view the question, but the asker blocked me, so since I didn't get a Notice Via E-mail but got a Violation, How do I appeal it?
