Ok first off, your being way too clingy. Girls hate that and are easily annoyed. You just have to give her space. Don't talk to her online or randomely text her. Ask a friend that also knows her to ask her to hang out with You and some other freinds. Then ask for her number in person. Also don't say things like "sorry if this is creepy".
