Is atheism a lazy position to stand when compared to agnostism?

No. It's pretty lazy to think that atheism and agnosticism are mutually exclusive, though, pumpkin...and since most of the atheists I've met on here and in real life are agnostic atheists, I can't really see much basis for your question.
